Many people have been part of Hometree, from those who pledge trees or give their energy during tree planting days to our long-term core team. Over the years we have built a library of films that document Hometree’s ambition and work.

Ardnaculla Summer School, 2023
Ardnaculla Summer School, 2023, is a three day event filled with workshops, discussions, and hands-on events for community, landowners, and farmers to explore and learn about the benefits of native woodlands and biodiversity restoration, held yearly on a weekend in June/July. Our mission is to be a conduit to the natural world and the people that know how to restore it and people curious to get involved. This weekend was filled with passion, intelligence, intellectual discourse, and sheer hard work (and heart). Our guests brought a wealth of diverse perspectives and heartfelt commitment to the Ardnaculla Summer School audience.

The Wild Atlantic Rainforest Restoration Project

Monthly Tree Planting and Maintenance Days
Since 2014 we have invited people to connect with nature throughout the year, and we continue to do so every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month at our Ennistymon headquarter site.
We feel honoured that we can organise the tree planting days, we really feel like they support the community effort of landscape regeneration.

Hometree
A test film that beautifully captures the essence of Hometree, the Irish landscape and some of the historical connections we have with trees. Without them, we cannot breathe.
